Officially formed in 2001, Umpheme Development is an independent 100% black owned company with roots deeply entrenched within the South African construction industry. Established to address the major housing demands faced in South Africa, the company quickly expanded throughout KwaZulu-Natal and have since inception, built over 40 000 houses. Now, our projects span the whole of KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape, focusing on the construction of low-cost housing and industrial and commercial infrastructure.
